I started in 2011 with a lot of enthusiasm. Over the years, I gradually climbed up, but steadily, in various kitchens, with great respect for food and colleagues. For the past seven years, I have been on the island of Mykonos, happily serving people through large kitchens or private cooking. Passion and a lot of appetite for work always bring the best results. Our ingredients come from the gardens of family and friends, grown naturally without any pesticides for the perfect taste, just like we learned from our grandfathers. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in some exceptional places. One of the highlights was my time at Scorpio’s bar in Mykonos, where we provided five-star service and food. I also had the honor of cooperating with a Michelin-starred chef from Belgium (two Michelin stars), worked in a renowned restaurant in Crete, and spent time at Cabo Tagu in Mykonos – one of the area’s best hotels. My love for cooking even took me to Qatar at a restaurant named Marsa, introducing Greek cuisine, and later to Al-Ula, Saudi Arabia, expanding my culinary journey.
